Sushi - it's what's for dinner

We love sushi rolls - veggie, "crab," sometimes raw - and often buy them at the grocery store. When I saw this little kit, I thought Katherine would get a kick out of it.  We could omit cucumber (she hates it), add real crab meat, omit cream cheese, whatever we wanted to do.

It was a hit!  We packed the rolls with too much stuff, so couldn't make them into, well, rolls.  And I think the seaweed pieces were just too short.  We ate as we rolled, and didn't mind that at all.  There was no ginger or "wasabi" but that was OK, too.
