Cello Retreat
January 20-22 Katherine and her assistant teachers (aka "Mom" and "Theresa") traveled to Madison to attend a weekend Suzuki Strings retreat. Throw in snow and a chemo day that turned into a one-night hospitalization for Nicholas and you have the recipe for a stressful weekend. We didn't arrive until almost 9 pm Friday, and Katherine cried during all three cello sessions she attended. Luckily it ended well, with no tears on Sunday, and Nicholas was fine for the rest of the week until the next Friday ...
