A - ANC, aminotransferase (a liver enzyme)
B - bone marrow aspiration, Bactrim, BSA (body surface area)
C - CBC, constipation
D - Dexamethesone
E - elevated liver enzymes
F - fever, flushing the line
G - glucose, gabapentin, gold ribbons
H - hypoglycemia, hemoglobin
I  - intravenous, isolation
J  - "just keep swimming"

L - lumbar puncture, low counts, lymphocytes
